If you work in more than one medium, a separate application must be submitted for each medium.

All applications must be accompanied by 5 photos: 3 showing samples of your work, 1 of your booth, and 1 of you in your workspace.  The preferred method of submitting your application and photographs is via this electronic application or via email StaffordArtsFestival@gmail.com

Images should be of jpeg/gif/tiff format with image size less than 1.8 MBs and should identify your First and Last Name, Company Name, and Genre of product

Alternatively, photos may be mailed with the application to:

Stafford Arts Festival, PO Box 274, Montross, VA  22520.

Please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope with your entry form only if you want your photos returned. Please note any specific requests that you may have on the application form.  We will try, but cannot guarantee all requests.

It is understood that any of these photos can be used in any promotional materials.

All applications will be reviewed by the FESTIVAL’s JURY COMMITTEE.

    The decision of the Jury is final.  Exhibitors will be notified of acceptance or rejection via email.

Exhibitors will also be featured on the Stafford Arts Festival website – StaffordArtsFestival.com.
